Courses
InvestView offeres 5 training courses; Essentials, Technicals, Options, Advanced Technicals and Advanced Options. Each course is offered via live webinar and and as a recorded ondemand video. We've developed a road map that you may follow to track and optimize your educational experience. You will notice that InvestView offers five courses, and we want you to get the most out of each course.
 
  Essentials  
The Essentials course is designed to span the gap between learning technical analysis and applying it to the stock market. This course begins by developing a systematic trading method that teaches the basic tenets of support, resistance, trend and reversals. You will learn to identify the purpose of technical indicators and develop the framework for using them in a basic trading system. You will also learn the concept of money management and be shown how to calculate probability, potential risk and reward.
 
  Technicals  
The Technicals course is designed to develop a comprehensive methodology and approach to trading in the stock markets. The course begins by developing a trading profile unique to your objectives and style. We then build on this understanding by developing a methodology that uses the basic trading tenets of support, resistance, trends and reversals. You will learn to identify the purpose of technical indicators and develop the framework for using them in a basic trading system. You will also be introduced to the concepts of inter-market analysis and money management in developing high probability trades.
 
  Options  
The Options course is designed to teach you basic to intermediate option trading techniques. You learn critical aspects of this trading discipline using the latest analysis tools and methodology. You will also learn to trade options using strategies for consistent monthly income, wealth building, portfolio protection (hedging), as well as more speculative trading. You will learn how to identify and trade basic to intermediate strategies as well as a dynamic method for trading a portfolio using both stocks and options. Additionally, you will learn to trade your plan with discipline using the technical tools that work best for you.
 
  Advanced Technicals  
The Advanced Technicals course will teach you more advanced trading strategies, primarily through contrarian trading. Through pivot analysis, you will be able to measure the momentum of a stock’s current move. You will be able to take counter-trend trades when the odds of a reversal are strong. You will also become skilled at trading the trend more effectively with Fibonacci retracement analysis. You will learn the four key components to an exhaustion trend reversal, as well as advanced candlestick formations and reversal formations. Money management principles like scaling in and out of trades is also taught. Finally, let’s limit our losses and “lock in” our gains by learning more sophisticated stop loss adjustments and automatic trailing stop losses.
 
  Advanced Options  
Advanced Options course was developed to give you a comprehensive knowledge of income-producing investments. With a focus on portfolio management and creating a monthly income, you will learn the skills of identifying the right time to sell options. Using a combination of stock assets and options contracts, you will learn a strategy for substituting lower priced options for stock and a system of generating consistent monthly income with or without stock. You will also learn to understand volatility, a primary consideration for any option income strategy. Finally, you will learn how to adjust and manage a portfolio that did not perform as predicted.
